BRANCH MANAGER

Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations, warehouse, and office staff to ensure timely completion of duties and accurate P&L management. Conduct weekly meetings to monitor workflows, audit installer back charges, and coordinate inventory logistics for efficient order fulfillment. Act as the primary contact for vendors and customers, resolving escalated conflicts while assisting sales in pursuing business development opportunities. Recruit and retain subcontractor labor, ensuring field teams adhere to builders' installation timelines. Manage operational budgets and coordinate with Human Resources for recruitment and development needs. Requires daily travel, valid Florida driver's license, and ability to lift loads over 50 lbs. This role supports Italian Terrazzo & Tile Co.'s flooring operations across the region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Conflict resolutions skills
- Leadership abilities
- Prior experience using scheduling software
- Prior experience using JDE
- Prior experience using Microsoft Office
- Prior experience using ERP software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Clean MVR
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb
- Fundamental mathematical comprehension
- Deep understanding of flooring materials (hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet) and other materials as needed (cabinets, countertops, specialty products)
