BRANCH MANAGER

Job Summary
Branch Manager oversees the branch's operations, including office, warehouse, and field duties, and manages P&L to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction. Responsible for supervising staff, coordinating with vendors and customers, supporting sales and business development, recruiting subcontractor labor, managing inventory and logistics, and ensuring timely installations. Requires high school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred), 3+ years of management in construction, proficiency with scheduling/software tools (JDE, ERP, MS Office), daily travel, and a valid Florida driver’s license. Travel is daily, and the role involves lifting heavy loads as part of duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the construction industry. Flooring management experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolutions skills, and leadership abilities.
- Prior experience using scheduling software, JDE, Microsoft Office, and ERP software.
- Travel required: daily travel.
- Valid Florida driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull loads in excess of 50 lb.
