Job Summary
Lead and develop a branch team to drive sales, service, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include coaching front-line staff to acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments; partnering with internal sales groups to provide a holistic Wells Fargo experience; identifying customer financial needs and delivering tailored solutions; balancing growth with risk management and regulatory compliance; and guiding the branch toward measurable performance and wallet-share expansion. The role emphasizes inclusive leadership, accountability, and a strong coaching cadence, plus the ability to travel within the assigned geography and work a schedule that includes Saturdays. Training through the Branch Manager Readiness Program develops leadership readiness and hands-on experience in day-to-day branch operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience

- Familiarity with digital banking solutions and customer education on these tools
- Ability to balance growth with operational risk management
- Experience working with internal sales partners and cross-functional teams
- SAFE registration requirements awareness and compliance handling
- Credit and CFPB regulatory compliance familiarity
