Job Summary
Lead all aspects of branch performance and revenue growth in an in-office role based in Woodstock, GA. Drive a differentiated client experience through consultative interactions, omni-channel solutions, and collaboration with ecosystem partners. Build and coach a high-performing branch team, manage risk and compliance, and guide talent development from onboarding through ongoing performance management. Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and client loyalty, while focusing on business banking growth and community involvement. Ensure a seamless customer experience across technology-enabled interactions, and uphold PNC values in an inclusive, collaborative work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related experience
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing branch team
- Experience with consultative selling and customer-focused solutions
- Ability to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance
- Ability to drive branch revenue through business development and partnerships
- Coaching and developing staff to meet performance and activity expectations
- No degree required or equivalent experience considered
- Background checks as required by regulations
