Job Summary
Lead branch performance and drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, with accountability for risk management and compliance. Build and coach a high-performing branch team, utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets, and deliver a differentiated client experience in an omni-channel environment. Collaborate with ecosystem partners, promote community involvement, and manage talent development and onboarding to meet performance and activity expectations. Demonstrates an understanding of balance sheet and income statement and engages customers with technology-enabled solutions to improve financial well-being.
