Job Summary
Manages branch performance, drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and leads a high-performing branch team within an omni-channel banking environment. Responsible for risk management, regulatory compliance, and delivering a differentiated client experience. Coaches for consultative selling, develops talent through onboarding and ongoing performance management, and cultivates partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders to grow branch revenue and share-of-wallet. Requires experience leading branch teams, managing budgeting concepts (balance sheet/income statement), and ensuring compliance with policies; Spanish bilingual preference noted. Position based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, in-office role with no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related banking/branch management experience
- at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- no university/college degree required or preferred
- experience with risk management and regulatory compliance
- ability to lead a high performing branch team
- experience in driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions
- bilingual Spanish preferred
