Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading branch performance, driving growth through outside business development, and delivering client solutions. Manages and coaches a high-performing team, steers relationship management with consumer and business clients to grow sales and market share, and ensures risk management, regulatory compliance, and an excellent omni-channel customer experience. Builds partnerships with internal stakeholders, conducts proactive client discovery conversations, and leads talent development and performance management within the branch. Requires university degree and multiple years of relevant experience; strong emphasis on leadership, customer-focused banking, and operational risk management. Located in Baltimore, MD, with in-office expectations.
Required Qualifications
