Job Summary
Lead all aspects of the Millersburg branch's performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that enhance clients' financial well-being. Build a high-performing branch team through onboarding, coaching, and development, manage risk and compliance, and deliver a differentiated client experience across omni-channel banking. Drive branch revenue through strategic business development, community involvement, and collaboration with ecosystem partners, while coaching staff to engage clients with technology-enabled interactions and solution-oriented guidance.
Required Qualifications
