Job Summary
Branch Manager leads branch performance and delivers differentiated client experiences in an omni-channel banking environment. Responsibilities include driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions, managing risk and compliance, building and coaching a high-performing team, executing a branded sales process to hit targets, growing branch revenue via acquisition and share-of-wallet growth, and engaging with ecosystem partners. The role emphasizes talent development, onboarding and coaching, performance management, and delivering a seamless customer experience across technology-enabled interactions. Candidates should have strong leadership, people-management, banking knowledge, and the ability to balance risk with growth; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. This position is based in Chandler, AZ, and is an in-office role without visa sponsorship for employment.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 5+ years of related experience, and at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience is required.
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
