Job Summary
Lead all aspects of branch performance by driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions and solutions that help clients achieve financial well-being. Manage and coach the branch team through attraction, onboarding, and development while ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and established policies. Grow branch revenue by acquiring and sharing wallet growth of consumer and business households, utilizing a branded sales process to achieve sales targets. Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement activities, connecting all of PNC to deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience. Responsible for risk management, compliance, and operational oversight, with a foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement. Requires Notary Public license and 3+ years of related experience. Based in South Lyon, MI.
