Job Summary
Lead branch performance by driving revenue through consultative client interactions, acquiring consumer and business households, and growing share-of-wallet. Manage a high-performing team by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring adherence to risk management, compliance, and regulatory guidelines. Execute sales targets using a branded process, facilitate seamless omni-channel banking experiences, and resolve customer problems proactively. Requires 3+ years of related experience, Notary Public license, and foundational balance sheet knowledge. Based in Novi, MI, with in-office hours subject to branch confirmation.
Required Qualifications

- Notary Public license in the applicable state
- Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state
