Job Summary
Lead a small team of branch associates to drive new revenue generation by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward Regions solutions. Conduct outside sales efforts to generate new business clients while maintaining and expanding existing consumer and business banking relationships. Coach and develop associates through the iConnect process, provide consistent product knowledge training, and resolve escalated customer issues in partnership with senior leadership. Manage the recruiting and selection process for the branch, maintain relationships with Line of Business partners, and ensure all associates adhere to bank policies and operational risk management duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of Financial Services, sales, or sales management experience
- Ability to work on Saturday as needed
- Active Life Insurance License
- Supervisory experience within the Financial Services industry
- Five (5) years of banking and/or lending experience
- Five (5) years of relationship-based client consultation experience
- Ability to exhibit mastery of key advice, guidance, and education concepts
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to provide effective feedback and guidance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
