Job Summary
Lead a Wells Fargo branch as the sales leader responsible for acquiring, deepening and retaining customer relationships to drive growth in checking, deposits, lending, credit cards and investments through coaching and performance management. Build and develop a high-performing team, establish clear expectations, and balance growth with risk management and compliance. Partner with internal sales teams to deliver a coordinated Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending; identify opportunities to educate customers about digital options and overall banking solutions. Complete the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into a Branch Manager role; travel up to 50% in the initial period and may include Saturday scheduling. Ensure adherence to risk programs and regulatory requirements, including LO/CFPB standards, safety, and visa sponsorship limitations. This is a leadership-focused, in-branch role with accountability for customer value and branch performance.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
