Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for the safe and profitable operation of the branch, overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring customer satisfaction, safety, Lean/5S housekeeping, inventory management, sales, staff recruitment, labor productivity, and cost control. Uses weekly performance metrics and Lean/Six Sigma to drive improvements; ensures safety standards, accurate inventory records, efficient product flow, staff development, budget adherence, and strong collaboration with Sales Representatives to support market strategy and revenue targets (> $2.2M).
