Job Summary
Lead a branch team with a focus on building a high-performing workplace where culture drives performance. Manage daily operations while earning the respect of your staff through empathy and integrity. Drive growth with honesty and ensure customers feel understood and valued. You will develop your own systems with full support and build a team people are proud to be part of. Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related industry is highly regarded. This role offers a base plus gross profit share and EOY bonus of $170k+, a company vehicle, and health insurance.
