Job Summary
Manage all aspects of assigned branch operations, including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and handling escalated issues. Lead and coach the team on sales and service behaviors while developing plans to meet branch service and sales goals. Monitor operating results, manage cash requirements and vault security, and represent the branch with members, sponsors, and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with policies and regulations, resolve out-of-compliance issues, and coordinate community participation. Maintain a cohesive, trained staff and provide feedback based on member surveys. This role includes an incentive program for additional compensation. The position requires three to five years of experience and a two-year college degree or specialized certification.
Required Qualifications
- Three years to five years of similar or related experience
- A two-year college degree
- Completion of a specialized certification or licensing
- Completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors
- Job-specific skills acquired through an apprenticeship program
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English clearly
- Some nights and/or weekends required
- Must adhere to safety rules and regulations
- Must be able to work between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional after-hours work or travel may be required
