Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading and coaching the Wilmington, CA branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences, grow deposits and investments, and maintain strong risk and control while representing Chase’s culture and values. Drives strategy using the Branch Scorecard, develops staff, builds community relationships with local businesses, ensures operational integrity, and communicates effectively with clients, partners, and the team to achieve growth and service goals. Requires proven leadership, multitasking, adaptation to a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work those branch hours including weekends and evenings. Travel for training may be required; compliance with banking regulations and licensing requirements (NMLS/SAFE Act) applies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalence
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
