Job Summary
Lead branch sales and service by building and retaining a high-performing team, establishing clear expectations, and delivering sales, service, and operational excellence. Identify customer financial needs and deliver tailored consumer and business solutions across deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments, while partnering with internal sales teams to provide a coordinated Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending. Drive growth with disciplined coaching, performance management, and risk-aware decision-making; balance growth with operational risk controls. Leverage Branch Manager routines to develop capability, confidence, and productivity, providing high-impact coaching through observation, feedback, and follow-up. Participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program as an onboarding pathway into leadership, with branch assignment based on business need. This role requires the ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and travel up to 50% during the first six months, and it is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. SAFE registration is required; LO/CFPB requirements apply and a credit check may be performed. Locations include multiple Wells Fargo Charlotte, NC sites.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
