Oversee collection activities by consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing mutually beneficial solutions. Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently using strategic thinking to adapt to challenges, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Schedule is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday shifts.
