Job Summary
Build a customer-focused environment by presenting all lending options and modeling excellence in service. Conduct engaging meetings to align the team with branch goals and manage training on operations, compliance, and collections with real-time coaching. Oversee collection activities by consulting with customers on overdue accounts and developing mutually beneficial solutions. Attract and cultivate high-quality, diverse talent to build a strong team while providing actionable feedback to support growth. Prioritize and resolve issues efficiently using strategic thinking to adapt to challenges, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Work closely with peers and management to seek professional growth. Schedule includes Monday through Friday during standard hours with occasional extended shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Leadership experience with coaching and leading a team
- Proven experience with meeting sales goals
- Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required
- Monday-Friday during standard business hours
- Occasional extended hours
- Saturday shifts
