Job Summary
Drive branch growth by implementing marketing plans, building business relationships, and managing daily operations to meet goals. Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance while delivering outstanding customer service, and proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency. Set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing concerns professionally, while coaching and mentoring team members to foster a culture of excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment efforts. Handle scheduling, payroll, and expenses to ensure smooth branch operations. This full-time role is based at 9909-102 Street, Suite 311, Grande Prairie, AB, with hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Salary ranges from $58,240 to $76,960.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of leadership/management experience showcasing proven skills in influencing and leading others, with a focus on personal and organizational growth
- High School diploma or equivalent

- 1-2 year(s) in the consumer finance, lending, or banking industries preferred
