Job Summary
Branch Manager role on Oahu leading a team to meet and exceed branch goals across profitability, deposits, lending, and fee income. Responsible for developing sales/service strategies, managing high-value client portfolios, building customer and community relationships, recruiting and mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies. Requires 5+ years in bank operations, 3+ years in sales of financial products, 3+ years of supervisory or 1+ years of management experience, and 1+ year of credit experience. Office-based in Honolulu, HI with potential assignment in Windward or Honolulu areas; must oversee processes, make policy/credit decisions within authority, and embody core-values and a customer-centric, performance-driven culture.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or GED equivalency required
- 5+ years of bank operations experience, or equivalent experience in a financial branch services environment
- 3+ years of experience of sales of financial products
- 3+ years of supervisor experience or 1+ years of management experience
- 1+ years of customer service management
- 1+ years of credit experience in consumer/small business/business banking
