Job Summary
Branch Manager overseeing the Northwest Queens/Long Island City Chase branch: lead a high-performing team, grow deposits and investments, manage operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Drive branch growth, cultivate local business relationships, ensure a strong risk and control environment, and promote technology adoption to assist clients. Requires proven leadership, multitasking, coaching, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings. Training program and potential travel for in-person training and meetings are noted; compliance with regulatory requirements (Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act) and NMLS registration are required. Physical presence in the branch location is expected for daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
