Branch Manager - Northwest Ohio Market - Toledo area, OH

Lead and manage a Chase Branch in the Northwest Ohio market (Toledo area) by driving deposits and investments growth, overseeing operations, coaching the branch team, and representing the brand with hospitality and community engagement. Responsibilities include building relationships with local businesses, maintaining a strong risk and control environment, using scorecards to identify growth strategies, ensuring excellent client service, fostering ongoing learning and development, and completing mandatory training and regulatory requirements. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends/evenings and travel for in-person training/meetings as needed. Dodd-Frank and NMLS/Safe Act compliance is required; position requires training and regulatory approvals.
