Job Summary
Branch Manager in the Lima, OH market leading a branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive growth in deposits and investments. Responsibilities include coaching and developing staff, managing operations, maintaining a strong risk and control environment, and representing the Chase brand with community and clients. Requires guiding the team to meet goals via the Branch Scorecard, leveraging technology to enhance service, ensuring policy adherence, and building relationships with local businesses. Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings; Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act compliance and NMLS-related requirements apply. Proven leadership and ability to influence teams, educate partners and clients on technology, plus a track record of operational integrity are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
