Job Summary
Lead a branch team to drive sales, service, and operational excellence. Acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships across checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments; coach and develop a high-performing team to elevate banker productivity. Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a cohesive Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending; promote digital options to enhance customer value. Apply disciplined risk management and governance to protect customers, employees, and the company. Participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program, with branch assignment based on business need. Requires ability to work Saturdays and up to 50% travel within the assigned geography. Requires 5+ years of banking/financial services experience and 2+ years of leadership experience; SAFE registration is required. Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- SAFE registration is required at the time of employment
- LO/CFPB requirements may apply for Loan Originator roles
