Job Summary
Lead a Wells Fargo branch as Branch Manager North Mountain District, serving as sales leader to drive growth in deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution, coaching, and performance management. Build and develop a high-performing team, identify customer financial needs, deliver tailored solutions, and collaborate with internal partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending. Utilize branch manager routines for coaching and leverage digital options to enhance customer experience. Pass Branch Manager Readiness program to transition into leadership; role requires attending to branch operations, risk management, and delivering a compliant, customer-focused Wells Fargo experience. Schedule includes Saturdays with up to 50% travel in the assigned geography. SAFE registration required; LO/CFPB requirements apply; not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
