Job Summary
Branch Manager in Monroe, LA responsible for leading the branch, growing deposits and investments, delivering exceptional client service, coaching and developing staff, fostering community relationships, and maintaining a strong risk and control environment while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements. Will leverage the Branch Scorecard to identify growth strategies, promote banking solutions and fintech, and participate in required training and travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Training and Travel Requirement: complete Branch Manager Training Program and travel for in-person training/meetings
- Dodd Frank and Safe Act: compliance requirements for Loan Originators and NMLS registration
