Job Summary
Lead daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team through performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling. Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking by originating consumer and mortgage loan applications and coaching employees on cross-selling products. Monitor branch performance regarding deposits, lending, and sales goals while building relationships with customers and representing the Bank in the local community. Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of retail banking experience
- 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience
- NMLS registration or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time.
