Job Summary
Implements corporate policies and procedures to deliver profitable banking services; manages branch operations, sales, servicing, and compliance; sets goals for branch marketing, operations, and sales; coaches staff to actively promote the bank’s products, handles customer relations, and represents the bank at community functions. Requires strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of regulatory requirements, with emphasis on achieving cross-sell, referral, and loan production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4-6 years banking or sales experience
- 4-6 years of management/supervisory experience
- General knowledge of financial services industry products/services
- Must be compliant with Loan Officer Qualification Requirements of the SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act and Regulation Z
