Job Summary
Branch Manager in Chase Branch responsible for leading all aspects of the New Orleans market branch operations, deposits and investments growth, team coaching, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Drive branch performance using the Branch Scorecard, foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture, build relationships with local businesses and the community, ensure strong risk and control environment, and leverage technology to connect partners and clients with banking solutions. Requires leadership experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, flexibility to work weekend/evening hours, and compliance with regulatory requirements including NMLS/SAFE Act for loan originator responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
