Job Summary
Branch Manager in a Chase branch (New Build) focused on delivering attentive service, growing deposits and investments, overseeing branch operations, coaching team members, and strengthening community relationships. Responsible for fostering a high-performing culture, ensuring risk and control integrity, leveraging technology to enhance client experiences, and leading branch colleagues through training and development. Requires ability to work extended hours, weekend and evening shifts, and compliance with Mortgage/NMLS regulatory requirements as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Additional Requirements
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators; NMLS registration; relevant compliance requirements; potential disqualification for felony conviction within the last seven years.
