Job Summary
Lead a Tier I branch team by recruiting, training, and coaching staff to achieve sales objectives while managing branch profitability and operations. Conduct outside business calls to cultivate new business and provide services such as opening accounts and processing loan applications. Maintain integrity and compliance with audit policies, resolve customer complaints, and exercise sound judgment on loan decisions. Represent the bank in the community through leadership in civic organizations. Requires an NMLS certification, driver's license, and ability to travel less than 50%.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree
