Job Summary
Lead the opening and establishment of a brand-new NAPA branch in the area, reporting to the Regional Manager. Oversee branch operations, profitability, and a team of trade specialists; drive sales targets, budgets, and new initiatives while serving as the key point of contact for customers and staff. Demonstrate strong leadership and management qualities, motivate and develop the team to reach potential, pursue community and customer connections, and maintain a safe, high-standard operating environment across the branch. Demonstrate brand ambassador responsibilities, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure operational standards are met or exceeded. The role requires hands-on leadership in a dual-format environment with emphasis on customer service, team development, and safety in the automotive aftermarket space.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in store/branch operations management
- Experience leading a team of trade specialists or multi-network operations
- Ability to manage sales targets and budgets
- Flexible availability and valid driver’s licence (manual preferred)
- Physical capacity to handle heavy products
