Job Summary
Lead the branch team by sharing a clear vision, coaching employees, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Grow deposits and investments by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies, while prioritizing client needs to build lasting relationships and trust. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting the company and clients following policies and procedures. Manage competing priorities across branch locations with strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings, including some out-of-state travel.

- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
