Job Summary
Lead the branch’s overall sales and operations for multifamily services, including business development, client onboarding, and contractor recruitment. Drive revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA targets while ensuring safety, quality, and service delivery across a high-performing team of branch staff and independent contractors. Build strong relationships with property managers and stakeholders, collaborate with sales, operations, finance, HR, and marketing to expand service offerings, and manage end-to-end operations from growth to execution. Required: 10+ years in branch operations leadership with proven revenue growth; 5-7 years in construction/renovation services; Bachelor’s degree; English/Spanish bilingual preferred; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; strong financial acumen in budgeting and reporting; proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
