Branch Manager, MultiPro Property Solutions

Oversee branch sales and operations, delivering make-ready, add-on, and renovation services to multi-family clients while managing recruitment, training, and performance of staff and independent contractors. Drive revenue and profitability by developing forecasts, setting financial targets, and ensuring the branch meets revenue, gross profit, and EBITDA goals. Build strong relationships with property managers and key stakeholders to resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and achieve client retention targets. Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, developing, and motivating associates to achieve operational and financial objectives. Expand service offerings by promoting the full suite of MultiPro services and identifying growth opportunities with existing clients. Ensure quality and safety across all projects while collaborating with internal teams including sales, operations, finance, HR, and marketing. Represent MultiPro at industry events and trade shows to strengthen market presence. This role requires full profit and loss responsibility, with a competitive starting salary of $90,000 plus a 17.5% target bonus.
