Branch Manager Mt. Vernon

Lead Wells Fargo’s branch as a Branch Manager with a focus on delivering a coordinated, high-value customer experience. Responsible for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships to grow primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution, coaching, and performance management. Build and develop a high-performing team, set clear expectations, coach for results, and drive branch performance across sales, service, and operations. Partner with internal sales teams to provide customers a comprehensive Wells Fargo experience across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending; identify opportunities to simplify banking through digital options and improve wallet share. Balance growth with strong operational risk management, protect customers and employees, and participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into leadership. Role requires travel up to 50% in the first 6 months and Saturday work. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. Location options include multiple WA branches (e.g., Mt. Vernon, Lake Stevens, Anacortes, Stanwood, Oak Harbor, Marysville, Snohomish, Everett) with in-person work expectations and ongoing coaching, performance management, and risk oversight.
