Job Summary
Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations in mortgage/home-loan space. Responsibilities include leading and developing the branch team, achieving sales goals, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing loan processing, managing budgets, and driving business growth by building relationships with real estate agents, builders, and referral sources. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 5+ years in mortgage/home-loan industry with at least 2 years in a leadership role; must hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license or have the ability to obtain one. Strong leadership, customer service, and analytical skills; proficient in mortgage software and MS Office; flexible hours incl. evenings/weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage or home loan industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, home loan processes, and industry regulations
- A current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients and business partners
