Job Summary

Oversee branch operations and safety, manage budgeting and expenditures, coordinate sales, service, warehouse, and物流 activities, lead and develop branch staff, ensure DOT and SOX compliance, and drive growth through collaboration with customers and regional teams. Role requires strong communication, leadership, and on-call availability, with travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Four or more years in customer service, inside sales and/or warehouse services in a position with increasing responsibility
  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated competence in the use of computers and software applications
  • Effective communication skills (one-on-one and small group)
  • Willingness and ability to be on call to provide 24-hour service to customers
  • Willingness and ability to travel within and outside branch service area, with occasional overnight stays
  • Current, valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Certification or ability to be certified to operate fork trucks, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment
  • Ability to read and speak English proficiently for safety instructions and inquiries
  • Ability to understand and comply with company guidelines including Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest
