Job Summary
Oversee branch operations including safety, budgeting, sales, inventory, and customer service; manage and develop branch staff; ensure DOT and SOX compliance; drive growth in key markets; maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team; monitor expenditures and branch performance while upholding company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Four or more years in customer service, inside sales and/or warehouse services with increasing responsibility and demonstrated leadership/supervisory experience
- Ability to travel within and outside branch service area, with occasional overnight stays
- Current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record
- Certification or ability to be certified to operate fork trucks, overhead cranes, and other heavy equipment
