Job Summary
Lead the daily operations of the branch as Market Manager, combining customer relationship management, consumer and mortgage lending, and business development. Manage consumer lending activities by interviewing applicants, analyzing requests, closing loans, and maintaining portfolio quality. Grow the branch's community presence through networking, civic involvement, and business development while building relationships with customers to identify additional financial solutions. Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to foster a strong, relationship-driven culture. Ensure branch operations, audits, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time. Oversee facilities, equipment, staffing, and day-to-day activities to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in banking, lending, customer relationship management, or branch leadership
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements
- A passion for customer service, business development, and community involvement
- Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and drive results
- Day shift Monday through Friday with some Saturday mornings
