Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for leading a Montgomery Village branch to achieve profitability, growth, and sound operation. Drives branch sales, service, and operational excellence through needs-based client conversations, coaching, and a Sales & Service Playbook. Develops and executes plans to meet/exceed branch sales goals across deposits, loans, investments, and other product lines; builds and maintains relationships with small business and mass affluent clients; leads business development, community involvement, and regulatory compliance; oversees training, performance management, and risk controls while promoting ethical banking practices and CRA/Fair Lending adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years retail banking experience
- Previous lending experience
- Three or more years of management experience in a sales environment
- Possess or be able to obtain NMLS registration
