Job Summary
Manage the branch portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers by leading sales, service, and operations while coaching the team to achieve budgeted production goals. Proactively drive business development through referrals to partners, deepening existing relationships and acquiring new customers in accordance with OCR guidelines. Oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure the market is staffed with colleagues aligned with Huntington's culture, while maintaining active community involvement to develop key business and community relationships. Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies while understanding branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role
- Bachelor's Degree
- currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

- Ability to understand, drive, and lead branch sales, service, operations and financial performance within the branch and digital channels
- Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching and colleague development and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products
- Ability to develop, influence, inspire and motivate colleagues to increase retention
