Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals while providing quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Handle cash and accurately enter data into the system, contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms, and hire and develop the branch team. Manage staff to ensure targets are met, audit documentation for accuracy, and ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed. This role supports our mission to bridge the gap between people and their financial goals through innovative loan products and community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role
- Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
- Be sales driven and customer service focused
- Have a passion for sales and developing a sales team
- Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goals
- Have previous cash handling experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with a current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an asset
