Job Summary
Lead branch operations and profitability at Money Mart's Brockville location. Drive quality customer sales experiences, accurately handle cash and transactions, negotiate payment terms with past-due accounts, hire and develop the branch team, and ensure safety, security, and compliance with policies. Requires a track record in management or team leadership and at least one year of financial services and sales experience; high school diploma or equivalent; strong emphasis on sales performance, customer service, cash handling, and team leadership.
