Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals and provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Handle cash, accurately enter system data, and contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms. Hire and develop the branch team while managing staff to ensure targets are met. Audit documentation for accuracy and ensure safety, security, and compliance policies are followed. This role supports Money Mart's mission as North America's leading non-prime lender, contributing to our community initiatives and responsible innovation in financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role
- Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
- Be sales driven and customer service focused
- Have a passion for sales and developing a sales team
- Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goals
- Have previous cash handling experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
