Job Summary
Deliver results on store profitability goals and provide quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all transactions. Handle cash, accurately enter data into the system, and contact customers regarding past due balances to negotiate payment terms. Hire and develop the branch team, manage staff to ensure targets are met, and audit documentation for accuracy while ensuring safety, security, and compliance policies are followed. This role requires a minimum of one year in a management or team lead position with financial services and sales experience, including cash handling. Candidates must be sales-driven with a track record of developing teams and achieving goals. Located at 2049 Park St., this position offers market competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and comprehensive medical, dental, and retirement benefits. First Aid and CPR certification is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- Have a minimum of one year experience in a management or team lead role
- Have a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience
- Be sales driven and customer service focused
- Have a passion for sales and developing a sales team
- Have a track record of developing a sales team and achieving sales goals
- Have previous cash handling experience
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with a current First Aid and CPR certification will be considered an asset
