Job Summary
Branch Manager in a Chase Branch responsible for leading a high-performing team to grow deposits and investments, manage branch operations, coach staff, deliver exceptional client experiences, uphold risk and regulatory compliance, and engage with the local community. The role emphasizes developing staff through coaching, leveraging the Branch Scorecard for strategy, and collaborating with experts to meet clients' financial needs, while embracing Chase's culture and standards of hospitality and excellence. Travel for in-person training and meetings is required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- ability to lead and coach a team to achieve growth in deposits and investments
- strong risk and control environment experience
- ability to leverage technology to enhance client and team experience
- customer-focused, relationship-building skills
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
