Job Summary
Lead the branch by delivering attentive service, growing deposits and investments, and coaching the team to achieve branch goals. Prioritize client needs to build lasting relationships while fostering a high-performing culture through clear vision and ongoing development. Forge local business relationships to strengthen community presence and ensure a strong risk environment by adhering to policies and procedures. Complete the Branch Manager Training Program before placement, with the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Travel as required for in-person training and meetings.

- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program
- be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
- some travel may be out-of-state
- demonstrate financial responsibility, good character, and general fitness for the position
- no felony conviction within the last seven years
- compliance with Truth in Lending Act/Dodd Frank Loan Originator requirements
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- register on NMLS, or to update your existing registration
- timely completion of annual renewal and required updates
